Our labors are never fruitless!

Hiya!!

I hope you all had a wonderful week!! Time truly works differently on a mission... the days feel long and the weeks feel short! And although it's tiring at times, I know there's no place I'd rather be. Even when just one person agrees to hear our message, it all feels worth it. We did a few service projects this week and it has turned out to be a great finding activity! We gave the Book of Mormon to two women this week and they agreed to read and pray about it. I love inviting people to read and pray about about Book of Mormon because I can feel 100% confident that if they do it with a sincere heart, they will receive an answer. The Book of Mormon is truly a missionary's best friend and is the "key to conversion"!!

This week I was able to share Alma 40:12 with a man who recently lost his mother. It reads, "And then shall it come to pass, that the spirits of those who are righteous are received into a state of happiness, which is called paradise, a state of rest, a state of peace, where they shall rest from all their troubles and from all care, and sorrow." There is nothing else in the world that provides such a promise. I know with all my heart that Jesus Christ lives and provided a way for us to return to live with our Heavenly Parents again.

I also wanted to share a thought that President Johnson shared in our mission devotional this week. He said, "although we may not see the fruit of our labors, our labors are never fruitless." Our efforts to do good and to serve God are never wasted. Such a good reminder.

I love you all so much! Thanks you for your love and prayers❤ I really do feel them!! Also, if you could pray for Sharon that would be amazing!!! We've been having great virtual lessons with her, but she's been struggling to make it to church.

Choose faith and have an amazing week!!!
